Christmas

Ryleigh had such a great time at Christmas. I really think that she enjoyed the paper that was being torn than the real presents until we got her to play with them.....

I just love these two...she is just completely excited that her Pony makes noises when she scoots on it.....now that we have had a chance to play with it.....now she does not get on the seat, she just pushes it around the house and dances to the music!!!



Well, Grandma Joyce and Ryleigh had just about all the fun that they could muster for the day! Nap time is really great!

Stuffed Animals

We always go to Sam's and play with the stuffed animals every time we are there. But this time, Ryleigh was NOT going to let us pass until we let her get down and really PLAY with the bear. This is one of those stuffed animals that acts like our old stationary pony things that we all used to have. Ryleigh doesn't even care if it is the bear, panda, tiger, or what ever, it just has to have the big stuffed head and furry!!! She loves this thing!!!

Spaghetti!!!

We started with just plain noodles......

Then we did the whole spaghetti thing!!!

Ryliegh has started to do this cute little pucker thing when she really likes what she is eating.

Normally she takes a bite of food and just swallows, but since she has been trying all these new foods (like carrot, apple and other fruit slices) she has started to really TASTE her food. this is how we now get the "Pucker" look!!!! This look usually comes with a MMMMM!!! sound or some cute baby noise that sounds like she really likes it!

Halloween

We were trying on our costume and She was just having a blast playing with the hat part!!!

We decided not to stay in the house because it was such a beautiful night. We set up camp on the curb and took a bunch of trick-or-treaters right here!!! Ryleigh got into the spirit of the candy giving and everytime someone came by....she Yelled really loud (what we don't know) but I can only assume it was Happy Halloween and try to give them some candy. As you can see, she really liked the Twizlers!

She had a blast helping hand out the candy. Maybe next year we will actually go knock on other people's doors!

Hair Cut Day!

Ryleigh was eating the crust of my french bread and I saw the hair in her eyes again and finally convinced myself that she has to have a hair cut. So here we go.......

Our Little Mechanic

We had Uri, Ella and Josephine over to help us put the tot locks on all of our cabinets. So Josephine and Ryleigh were on the floor playing when after a while, we look over and see Ryleigh scooting over to be under Daddy's walker.....now I think that she is trying to be just like Grandpa and Uncle Barret.....

We were eating dinner and Ryleigh would not leave me alone to eat so, I let her taste the chicken that we were eating....I think that she loved it!!!
Yes, I was holding onto it and we did not let her get close to the skewer end!! if you make this picture bigger, you can really see all the flavoring and spices all over her face!!!

Cabin in Arkansas

Here we go!!! Our 1st stop was a a really pretty lake. We all took much needed rest brakes and ate breakfast here!!!

Our next stop was for Lunch. We stayed here for quite a while waiting for the cabin to be ready for us. We had a blast playing in this park on the grass.

Do you see Ryleigh holding the water (sippy-cup) all by her self??? She is doing this more and more during the day. At night, she still wants us to hold the bottle so she can cover her eyes.

Here is the Cabin....Doesn't it look like a fairy tale???

We even found Little Girl sizr outside furniture. Ryleigh loved sitting in it. She looked and looked and was even too busy to smile for Mommie with the camera.

On our way home. Ryliegh just loved laying on the blanket playing with whatever we would give her for toys!!!

OK, she is REALLY tired, we did not even give her a bottle.

The next morning, she is ready to go!!! And it is even better that she sees the camera and automatically starts smiling!

We had a great time. We look to do many more "mini" vacations with Uri, Ella, and Josephine!
